By Empire Loyalist are you refering to the United Empire Loyalists, the group of people whose chose to leave the United States and move to Canada after the American Revolution?

I have a couple of Loyalist family members somewhere in the family tree.......also happen to live in an area well-known for its concentration of Loyalist settlers.

unfortunately no. that would be sweet though. my dads from england but thats obviously not the same. Makes you wonder how it could of been if we had won....it was too hard of a battle though and they had way too many advantages

I read on the web that some Canadians descended from the empire loyalist,are claiming compensation from the US government for loss of property.etc,etc.
