Default Quebec City Nightlife during Halloween Weekend

My girlfriend, myself, and another couple are staying at the Loews Le Concorde hotel in Quebec City October 31- November 2. I was wondering what options there are for eating, drinking, and dancing in town during this off-peak season. Are there any Halloween-oriented events (I'm from Massachusetts, so pardon my ignorance if Halloween is celebrated much differently in Canada)?

We're all in our early-mid 20s so something attractive for our age would be nice, but we're all pretty flexible and excited to experience whatever happens so if the crowd is a bit "older" or quieter, that's fine too.

Any other advice on what to do while we're there would be appreciated too. Thanks in advance!

Halloween's celebrated the same way across Canada as it is in the USA. Unfortunately I can't offer much advice on what will be happening in Quebec City as I'm a 5 hour flight away on the other side of the country.

You picked the right place to stay! Le Concorde is very close (not even a 5 min. walk) from the heart of nightlife in the city, along Grande-Allée.

The most famous clubs, Le Dagobert and Chez Maurice, are virtually right next to your hotel.

You should have a blast. The only issue might be getting in to some places if they have been selling advance tickets for their Halloween parties. I know the Dagobert for example is having a big one with a guest DJ from Chicago on Nov. 1.

BTW, don`t know how it is in the clubs in New England, but people in Québec can sometimes be, er... over the top. Which means you might feel out of place if you`re NOT wearing a costume.

Have fun!

^Fantastic. Thanks for the responses. We have no problem with being "over the top," in fact, this time of year, we prefer it that way. We have ridiculous costumes and we should fit in just fine.

I will do searches for those clubs to see if we can buy tickets in advance to anything.

Thanks again for the help, I can't wait to go!
