I work with a guy that was born in Canada when his pregnant mother went there for a brief visit and went into labor. Over the years, he has lost his birth certificate and has had no luck in getting another one.
Can anyone tell me how he can get a copy of his birth certificate? Who does he need to contact, where, maybe a phone number.. anything that could lead him in the right direction?
We are in the USA so it all has to be done through the mail or over the phone. Is there a form he needs to apply for a copy, if so, how does he get one? Any ideas? Thanks.
hopeangel- Unfortunally, I will not see this guy again until we return back to work on November 5th and we live in different parts of the USA. We were suppose to exchange email addresses before we got off (I told him I would look into it for him) and forgot to actually do it.
needofhelp- That web sight may be what he needs. Thanks
