Default Mail forwarding
Can anyone please recommend a decent US->Canada mail forwarding service, that is the best value/price in your opinion

Any UPS store in the US should be able to do this for you for a fee. You rent out a mailbox at the UPS store and then ask them to forward it to a Canadian address once a week or so.
