Story about Mexicans trying to enter Canada instead of the United States
I saw a story on a major news show a while ago about how more illegal immigrants from Mexico are moving to Canada instead of the United States because they will be embraced instead of being deported and how the Canadian government pays their rent for a certain amount of time, gives them money to live off of and etc. I didn't get to finish watching it so I was wondering if anybody saw this story and know which news show it was or how to find the story.

I have not heard anything like that. i know that in B.C we bring workers here from Mexico in the spring and summer to pick berries. These workers are given a temporary visa and have to go back to Mexico when the season is over. Canada does not have the illegal immigrant problem the U.S has. While there are of course some here it is nowhere near the problem that it is in the U.S. It is just not really an huge issue in Canada.

Yep I've heard about this happening and I think it will be good for the Canadians to experience what it is like to have foreign nationals leeching off the taxpayers.

Canada needs more people. Eventually all top tier countries are going to need at least 50 million people.

What makes you think this isn't happening now?
From questionable US draft dodgers (of the Iraqi/Afghanistan war variety), to phony refugee claimants, to home-grown multi-generational welfare mooches, Canada (like every other country in the world) has them all.

About 200 of them hit Canada according to this article in the Windsor Star, and they were already scrambling for resources and whining about how they will ever cope with handling them.
As someone who lives in LA, home to several million illegals mostly from Mexico, I am playing the world's tiniest violin: ./

Where you watching propoganda American news? I think it is called CNN? You know what I cant understand is that, everyone wants a cheap car, cheap goods, cheap anything. These things are made in countries that we don't care about the welfare of workers. As long as you can buy your Tommy Jeans for under $50 you are happy. Capitalism, he he, does not breed loyalty nor morality. Your capatilistic employers are the ones giving you the shaft, not the influx of Mexicans.

The strictest immigration rule sould apply to illegal immigrants. Not deporting them is not only unfair to legal immigrants and citizens, but also encourages more people to sneak in.
Illegal immigration is illegal, just like stealing.

You obviously know nothing about Canada's refugee system. Or the number of refugees in Canada.
