Passport Question (top, between)

Hey guys, I have filled out everything on my passport and realized that my guarantor signed only the bottom half of the Guarantor section (years known, signature, date, where signed) but she didn't fill out anything on the top half (last name, first name, DOB, Passport #, etc)

I have the info for the top half, but will they deny my passport if i write it down? Since there's a pretty big discrepancy between our writing, it's going to be obvious she didn't write the top half... but will they care?
