Which cities are best for me. (Canadian Architecture)
Hey,
I live in the UK just now, born and bred there, but ive always ALWAYS wanted to live in Canada. Im about to start college, to gain A levels in Maths, Physics, Music Recording, and either Electronics or French (im undecided yet) I have aspirations of becoming a architect, and so when im 18 or 19 would consider going to a university in Canada, to gain a canadian qualified architecture degree, and then work and live in Canada.
I like skiing, but apart from that im not the sporty type, i prefer to play punk-pop music in a band. Im the kinda person that likes spending a night in with my friends, just "chilling" if you will. But what i want to know is, where abouts in Canada would i be best suited? And how would i go about getting access to Canada, and that region.
Thanks to anyone that answers.
Neil

Dude, I think you need to take a step back and ask yourself: "Why am I interested in Canada?"
The two things you mentioned, playing punk-pop and chilling with friends, are things which you can do in any city in the world.
Not trying to be mean, but you need to give us more direction on exactly what you're looking for...

I agree. The OP should really ask "what I can really get from living in Canada that I can't in the UK?"
Just because you are not happy with the place you are living in now doesn't make moving to a new country a great idea.

Hey,
Thanks for the replys, and especially ponchoape. Ive never know why ive always liked Canada so much. I guess thats what im trying to figure, i just wana know what its like living in Canada, and i figured this would be a better way of doing it than just going out and doing it in a couple years time. What would you guys suggest I could do, i mean, to get a clearer picture of what i can get from Canada that i cant in the UK.
Other options included Edinburgh, in Scotland. A little closer to home perhaps xD
Thanks people
