I live in Hico Wv which is along Rt19 in WV. I see Canadians travelling it all the time. There is a sown just south of the New River Gorge Bridge called Fayetteville. The cops are always laying for anybody for speeding. I try to warn people by waving my arms but some ignore me. If i see a Canadian I always try to slow them or tell them that it is 50 mph there because I don't want them to get a ticket but sometimes when I wave at them to slow down they think I am up to no good which is not the case. So if you travel this road make sure to slow down to 50 and save yourself some grief.
Don't worry, some pissed off rich dude has huge billboards rented out coming into town on both sides that read, "WARNING! You are entering one of the most notorious speed traps in the USA!" Then the billboards leaving town are all for lawyers that specialize in vehicular violations.
Any Canadians that I see on I-75 in KY are always going slow or right at the speed limit. No need to warn them about speeding. Hehe
