Shouldn't be a problem to get in to study (visa wise). You need to apply and be accepted to a school that teaches it. Here's the study permit info Studying in Canada

and . . . google results on aviation technology

aviation technology in canada - Google Search

hi, I'm from Mauritius and I'm getting married soon to an european and we are planning to move to Canada to start our new life. But We still don't know where to live. Which is the best big cities or town? How much might cost a small apartment? Is it hard to find a job through internet?

MeliMartijn,

What attracts you to Canada? Why are you choosing Canada? There must be a reason. "Best cities and towns" is subjective and too vague. Canada is about the same size as Europe - it's HUUUUUGE! I cannot emphasize it enough. It's a country the size of a continent with 5 different time zones, different climate zones, different landscapes, different cultures, etc. What I'd recommend for you is to do some in depth research on all the difference provinces in Canada and look up the biggest cities online this info is readily available). Then figure out what you want in a city or a region. What kind of weather? What kind of climate are you expecting? (Do you realize that many parts of Canada have winter weather beginning in November, lasting all the way until April?) What kind of activities do you want easily available? The ocean? Mountains? Lakes? That will influence where you will go. What kind of jobs do you hope to be working in? What kind of transportation do you hope to use when you're there? What kind of house do you imagine yourself living in? etc, etc. When you begin to be more specific, it'll be easier to recommend a place to live. But even then, it will only be a recommendation - Canada is very very different from living in Mauritius, and also very different from life in Europe.
