1-what are chances to find jobs in Victoria BC as accountant assistant / bookkeeper / clerk ,, i have bachelor of accounting and 4 years experience in my country Egypt with multinational bank ( CITI GROUP)

2-if i was not able to find such a job , will it be hard to find a casual job ( taxi driver , waiter , safe guard , cashier or some thing like that) until i study a certificate like CA / CMA

3-how safe is the city and how would people accept a Muslim migrant whose wife wear scarf?

4-is there Muslim community there involving Mosque , food stores (HALAL ) ??

5-can i found a room with kitchen and bathroom in range of CAD 700 monthly for me and my wife in a reasonable and safe place near transportation ?

In Victoria only about 2% of the population are Muslims. I don't know much about the Muslim communities on Vancouver Island (I do know there are Muslim association branches in Victoria and Nanaimo but I don't know if there are any mosques) but I think this website may help you to get more information. It's the website for the British Columbia Muslim Association. http://www.thebcma.com/index.aspx

Please also encourage your wife to read and learn about Muslim women's activities in B.C. since Muslim women have autonomy and the right to self-government in Canada. The information will help to prepare her to feel more comfortable in her role as a contributing citizen in Canadian society. The BC Muslim Association: People
