I went to the surgeon this morning and he said that I need to go back later this week for a biopsy. He said that they were not cysts but he didn't think they were cancerous either but the biopsy with confirm that he said. He believes they are Fibroadenoma (sp?). Good new so far!!!
Yes, good preliminary news indeed and spelled correctly to boot .

I had the biopsy done Thursday and I go back tomorrow (Tuesday) for the results.
The biopsy was done with this new machine the hospital rents. It has a long think probe that extracts the tissues. I thought it would be just a needle or something but it was a pretty big probe.
I bled a lot and I am very very bruised. It is also hard trying to keep the opening/cut closed so it doesn't leave a big scar.
He had to go into my breast several times because it was hard to get at the lump. I have implants and the lumps are near it and he didn't want to poke a hole in my implant. He also said that the tissues or fibers are very rubbery, which is hard to cut through.
I saw it all on the sonogram while it was being performed. It was a pretty invasion procedure. More then I expected.
When I come back from the doctor Tuesday I will post the findings on here. Thanks for all the well wishes. They mean a lot.
