My mom coming to us and will stay for over 2 months

she has anemia and her doctor told her that she may need additional blood when she is in US

I saw some blood transfer kits sold on Amazon, Can we do this by ourselves or do we really need a clinic to do it?

Yes you need a doctor/hospital! It is illegal to practice medicine without a license. How would you match blood type? It is more than just A/B/O. How can you ensure sterility? Don't you value her life and well-being?
