I guess what worries me is if they said they saw fibroids, why the ultrasound tech say it was an emergency? I read online that they aren't concerning.
They saw something that may be a benign fibroid, or may be something else. Hence the recommendation for the trans-vaginal ultrasound, which will better characterize what was seen on the abdominal ultrasound. But I have no idea why the tech would say this is an emergency, because it isn't. It's just something that needs followup at this point.

The cyst on your liver may be concerning them or they may have been talking about someone else, not you.
