Question Where can I find more information about the Asbestos Cancer Mesothelioma?

Where can I find a good personal injury lawyer or a good lawyer who specializes in Mesothelioma and personal injury structured settlements?

Info is all over the net, just look, some good some garbage you filter out the garbage, educate yourself somewhat before talking to a lawyer, which is apparent that you are trying to do here.

Look into your local lawyers track record, similar cases as yours might be, did he or she present the case good, wins vs. losses, settlement amounts.

If you hit a brick wall ask other lawyers for recomendations, I would avoid class actions though, as some will bring that into the conversation.

You may assume you have a good case but a qualified attorney may shoot you down, check out several then go with who you feel comfortable with and will present your case strongly.

About all I can think of off the top of my head.

Information is all over the net. Just search around.

My father died from Mesothelioma and it took 4 years to win the case. My mom had gotten a lot of money from it and gave me half. He had worked in an asbestos factory after he got out of the Army and was going for his Civil Engineering degree. He didn't get diagnosed til a year before he died. But it took a long time to settle the case (about 4 years).

So, when you get your case argued, you'll have to be patient and see what happens. It's a long process.
