Posted on FB how I hate ALS and it's to bad there is no money in cures......so true. I was disappointed when my DH's sons wife responded we should live closer to them. Give up our home that we own and our friends/neighbors who help us here? Leave my feral rescued kitties--for what? They are never home and we only live an hour from them now and they never stop by and rarely even call...so leaving everything we own would be a good thing? Hmmmmm.... Makes a person wonder what they are thinking.....

..and shows where their priorities are, too, IMO. If she wishes you were closer, why not jump in the car and drive? Aaaarrrggggghhhh!

Exactly. The streets are two-way and the phone works both ways. Don't take their comments to heart, Cyn. You're where you need to be and where your DH needs you to be.

Thinking of you always, my friend.

So good to see you here LilyLady...always enjoy your posts!
NMS, yes my thoughts exactly. I just let it go and didn't mention it to DH. No need. It was just kind of cold in my book. DH's birthday is the 18th of this month--I'm anxious to see how many of his own kids even call. Mine always do but then they were raised with having respect.....I do love them to death!

Hi Cyn, Sudcaro, Elston, Lisa, nomoresnow, Elizamary, Kat, and all who consider theirselves family here. I read your posts daily but do not have much to say but know you all are in my thoughts and prayers. I find myself very concerned about some of you and please know how much I care.
I live near Prescott, AZ and our community lost 19 HotShot firemen from a fire on June 30th.
I wish you all a wonderful and blessed summer. Cyn, it sure is dry here in Northern Arizona, sure could use some of your rain.
Cyn, my husband's son wanted us to move near him when my husband got sick and no way in blazes would I have done that. You both are comfortable where you are at.

Have a awesome weekend everyone!! xxxooo
