Good morning friends!
I did find my regular cat litter at Harris Teeter but paid dearly for it---still worth it in the long run! Still now today I have to vacuum and dust again plus mow the yard. It will be a long day plus it's been so hot--88 with high humidity. It's suppose to cool down in a few days though.
Hi elston!

Thanks for that thought Maila--superwoman--I wish. I just haven't had many choices.....Things have to be done. My biggest problem is I just get started and I have to stop to feed my DH (every 3 hours) and do a few things he needs done. It's hard to get going again sometimes.
Almost finished with mowing the back yard---been bit by those pesky horse flies..buggers! There are more then usual it seems this year.
By the time I finish the mowing it will be time to feed my DH and then to doing the house. I would love to give my dog a bath today...it's so hot and he is so dirty. We'll see......

He did a little at first and now it is basically just maintaining his weight. That is what is expected. I was hoping he would gain weight but at least he is not losing weight.

The other litters are made by CLorox--big company and lots of clout! But their cat littler products suck and are dangerous (I've seen it)--my opinion! It's very hard to deal with such a big company Jaxson--like dealing with government really. All I asked is that they be honest and put on their label that there may be problems for people with respiratory problems--not to mention their cats. They aren't going to do it--I know that. All I asked was honesty but really--we're talking big money here and honesty doesn't stand a chance against money.

Good morning friends!
Looks like we are in for a couple of days of stormy rainy weather here. Hope that good old electricity stays on. It went out for a few hours last week--not even rain or wind??
Our company should arrive today--to bad the weather isn't going to be that nice.
I'm hoping to get to the store and buy a few items we should have here for meals and some paper products. The heavy rain is suppose to start around noon so I'm hoping to get my DH up and moving before that happens so we can get home.
My one neighbor said he would take care of the cardboard for me when we were talking yesterday. He came over to do some trimming in my yard--I am so blessed!

God Bless Your Neighbor! Enjoy your company....is this your DH's old friend and his wife? Hope for the best weatherwise. We are supposed to get lots of rain later today and tomorrow....and glorious weather for the week end.

That's great your neighbor will take care of that cardboard, and is also helping you take care of your yard- sounds like a great neighbor- ( and you are too, I know!).

Hope you can enjoy your company, they'll cheer you up and you won't have to work too hard to accomodate them.

And hope the weather isn't too bad and your electric stays on- we've got some lousy weather scheduled too, storms and rain, but I think that's our summer weather coming on.

Take care, dear Cyn, and I hope your day and your visit with your company is a good one.
