I'm not sure if this has been posted before so I will put this here. Very good journey about dementia. Sad but very important information.

Thanks for posting this. I think most of us are unprepared when we first have to deal with dementia. Unless you watched parents dealing with a grandparent or come into contact with it in the medical field, you have no idea what to expect.

OMG. I couldn't finish watching even one video because it's so much like every exchange I ever have with my mom! Nonsensical talk. But I agree that for those unfamiliar with the effect that dementia is going to have on their relationship with their loved ones, it's good to see examples of it.

Thank you, janelle for providing the link to these videos. Wish they had been around when I was struggling through my days of taking care of my mother. I noticed the number of views for these on youtube. The first one alone has been seen by over 400K and the sixth one, over 2.5 million! Shows just how many lives it touches. I felt this man's pain in Episode #6. He wanted so much for his mom to know who he was but she didn't. He said it was the hardest day of his life and I believe him. It's absolutely the worst feeling in the world when your mother doesn't have a clue as to who you are.

Episode #55 - My brave Mother is finally free from her suffering

She went to battle everyday with Dementia for 10 years. She's my inspiration and my strength to get through tough times. I hope my Mother, Molly will continue to help thousands, maybe millions of people understand more about Dementia, and give people strength to get through whatever life challenges they might be dealing with. Molly's legacy will..... Keep Moving Forward!
