I think as long as its a free choice, greatly encouraged but not forced- meaning the sibling has choice and is willing to get the proper training its not immoral.

AS far as the other choice, dark as it may be I was loved and protected, sadly not every persons child is... and you need to think of the quality of life AFTER childhood as well as childhood.

It is immoral to adopt a child with the intention of making the child a slave. Greatly encouraged is forced in a family dynamic. The intent is sick and twisted.

You're only thinking of the disabled child. Your post is in a thread about getting someone to pay for care. And your grand plan is enslaving a child.

I live in Florida and I am a licensed C.N.A. in the state and I am trying to find out if there is a program to help me with getting paid to take care of my soon-to-be father-in-law. He cannot be left alone at all, so I cannot go out and find myself a job. I would appreciate anyones input on my situation.

I know TN and quite a few of the southern states don't have programs like this. They will however sometimes help pay for someone to stay and help with the loved one while you work/rest. But where I live anyway it's a long waiting list, and they try to get you to put them in group home/nursing home, etc.
