I am not scoring very well on the trivia questions.
I clicked, but I also purchased special license plates for my car, that donate extra money every year when I renew my plates to the animal shelter. I have a picture of a cat and dog on my plates, that say "Spay"...so see if this is an option in your state. http://www.caspayplate.com/
