I bought a UV Urine Detector light and shined it all over where I think the odor is coming from. Cleaned up what I thought was urine. But it's just regular icky stuff you never see til you use that light.

The smell is killing me. There is nothing left to clean in that area.
What can I do????

That's really odd that you can't find the source. Maybe just try dumping a lot of Nature's Miracle all over the area and letting it soak?

I have to wonder if it isn't cat urine at all, but something maybe under the floor or in the wall, like mold or well, something dead

Do you have any houseplants that the cat could have used as a litter box? I know someone whose cat used the dirt in a potted plant as its litterbox.
