Seriously. I looked up the ingredients because I have a cat with hyperthyroid. Holy crap, the top ingredient is corn gluten meal! There's no actual meat in it, just animal fat and chicken liver flavor. Also has soybean mill run. Ugh. High in protein and in fat, low in phosphorus it says, which makes sense. But still, at what cost? This isn't what a cat should be eating.

well at least hills is consistent in using no meat, plenty of fat, corn and soy!

I haven't followed up on this recall, but it will take months to for FDA and others to know what products are affected.
