OMG THE PRINCESS BED!! You are killing me over here, he is awesome, I can't get over that face. Real man cats aren't afraid of pink! My Cash loves the floofy pink leopard bed I bought for my new rescue kitty... she never used it but it's his preferred place to crash when we go to sleep, in fact when I catch him in my bedroom curled up in his princess bed with his big ole meaty paws hanging off the side I know it is time for me to go to bed

I couldn't believe it when I saw him in there! I was trying to run out and hurry up and grab my phone before he jumped up! Aren't cats the funniest things?
I normally get kittens, just like the old standard, but I saw him and decided he would probably be overlooked because of his age and color, or some freak would get him because of his fangs.
My boyfriend said to me a couple days later, "We're getting that cat, aren't we?" I said, "Absolutely."
You have a really cute kitty there too, he looks like he is quirky!
I adopted an older (3 years old!) black cat who had been declawed. He was a biter and his owner decided she couldn't keep him. I took him in because I knew he'd never survive the shelter. His name is Shadow and he is one goofy quirky kitty but he brings me great joy. I broke him of the biting early on and now he's just a super lovable big fat black cat. He's lost a couple of pounds since this picture, but he's still big - 14 pounds. I can't seem to get his weight below that.
Every black cat I have come across has been on the heavy side. Mine is about 17 lbs or so.... anyone else?
Mine was half Siamese and wieghed in at only 7 pounds.
