Pet Owner Won't Charge To Help.
NEW HAVEN, Conn. -- Marc Mathews has launched the Cat-in-a-Tree Rescue Service.
Mathews already has a tree service in the New Haven area. Now, he'll climb trees to rescue cats as well.
And he said he'll do it for free.
He said no one else provides the service, and fire departments have more pressing duties.
