The 14 year old tomcat named Tiger, that has basically lived in the shop where I work most of his life passed away overnight last night. His story would be a lengthy one and I won't go into it here. Just want say that he was a sweet guy (to me anyway), and I enjoyed his company during my workdays all these past years. I have been the only employee in the shop for about the past ten years, and having him there every day usually kept me in a better mood & made the workday more tolerable. This morning I buried him close to shop building that was his home and said my goodbyes. I am going to miss him terribly.

That was very nice of you to do that for Tiger. It sounds like he enjoyed your company too. May he rest in peace.

Oh, I'm sorry. I know the shop will feel strange without him. RIP Tiger.

Damn. Sorry to hear that. Well you gave him a good life in the shop and it sounds like you were both the better for it. Gonna be rough I know. Hang in there.

I'm sure he enjoyed your company as much as you enjoyed his. You made his life better.

I'm sorry you lost your friend; no doubt work will be lonelier without him. But think of the huge difference you made in his life.

It is always so hard and sad when that happens. It sounds like you gave him a great life that he wouldn't have had otherwise, so that is some consolation.

I have had to say goodbye to my two shop buddies, Sniffy and Scooter too. They were always right there in the action, watching me work, so I had to get them two of their own chairs and push them up close so they could supervise.

I feel your pain, been through it too many times myself.

Don

I am so sorry. He truly was an old friend & that's how he thought of you also.
