That is a nice bag. Do cut the handles though.

Good call. I gave Nimbus a paper bag with handles once, within minutes his head was through that handle...I was right there so I was able to take it right off, now I know to cut them preemptively.

We couldn't find anything at PetsMart or WalMart they didn't already have. They're tired of almost all the toys they already have, even the interactive ones. To this year we didn't buy them anything.

My boys finally got a cat tree. It's as tall as I am. Toby fell in love with it right away and "helped" me put it together. When Neptune discovered it a few hours later he fell in love too. Here are a few pictures...

The grrrrlz got a visit or two on Christmas from their overindulgent cat-sitter while I was out of town doing the extended-family gift exchange thing. To mark the start of 2014 they each received a spoonful of stinky goopy goodies from a can earlier today. (I give 'em a treat or special snack just about every other day as it is. ) Humans' holidays hold no meaning for them. So it's not like either would come crying to me with "Where are our presents?"

We finally took the big bags to the dumpster and you have never seen 3 more dejected cats in your life. They were all standing around as I put them into a garbage bag and they didn't have happy looks on their faces. Next year I will forget the mice for them and just get some more big bags.

aAbbey has NORMAL cats! Unlike my cat, little jungle bush dweller that Jasper is....he hated his cat tree! He prefers to hide under the bed....go figure it...

That's a great cat tree. I want one, and there's a specific one I like that I will try to get when it goes on sale again.

I actually bought it once when it WAS on sale, but when I got out to the parking lot I realized I couldn't get it into my car, so I had to go back in and return it. Now that I know a few more people where I live, I will try next time to find someone with an SUV or something to help me go get it.
