I go for personality first.

All other things being equal, 2 of my favorite cats (females) ever were calico. I love the way they look. One of them played fetch, liked being wet, and enjoyed belly rubs. She was the time keeper of the house. When I went to bed before my husband, she would go get him and annoy him until he went to bed.

My least favorite cat ever was also calico. It was male, yes, it's all been verified. He was pure evil.

Because of this, I doubt I will ever get another male cat.

My girl Jasmine is a black and orange tortie. She's beautiful! Shiny, soft fur. She is feisty, kind of a diva, too! I will post a pic of her soon!
My bf loves Bombay cats. They are gorgeous, silky black cats.

Cats do make the best Snoopervisors. They don't miss much.
