Good. I'm glad the Texas Veterinarians Board is showing some fortitude concerning one of their own, and hope they continue to do so. Despite her attorneys' legal nit-picking, she violated the essence and intent of the oath she took, and doesn't deserve to practice veterinary medicine. What bothers me most about this incident, is that I get the impression that she, deep down inside, doesn't feel she did anything wrong, and should be able to go on with life as usual. That's the reason I don't think she should be practicing vet. medicine.
Her basic internal feelings/compassion for all animals seems to be lacking.
I am glad that it looks highly likely that she will be losing her license. She shouldn't be near cats or any animals. I am thinking it doesn't even matter about her license because who will entrust their beloved pet to her "care" again. She doesn't even have a business anymore I would think, but having her license revoked is a extra measure of protection for all animals.

I would agree with that, at least for the near future. But as time goes on, memories tend to fade, and it's possible that many people would not know who she is, and would never have heard about this incident. The best way to get her out of the animal care business is to permanently revoke her license. That might even make it problematic for her to move to another state and get a license there.
We all predicted Karma would get her, and it is. The DWI is only the beginning for this POS,
I can't even begin to look at that horrible picture of the kitty she slaughtered .
