This is one of many reasons I am a proponent for cats being outdoors for part of the day preferably in an enclosure or outdoors with the owner and watched carefully and dogs should be walked regularly. Most People don't what to spend their whole lives indoors staring at the same walls and pets aren't any different, they need stimulation and a change of scenery. Allowing your cat outdoors SAFELY gives her much needed exercise and provides a new and different experience the same for our dogs.
