I have read about cats body language and it says having large pupil mean their stress level is high and not relax, but she always seems relax tho, so I'm not really sure...so I start looking it up online and in some other forum says it's normal? So I'm not sure, I'm kinda worried, should I take her to the vet?
Thanks in advance.
An enlarged pupil can be a symptom of very serious health problems. Yes your cat needs to be seen by a vet right away. I wouldn't wait even another day.
If it is literally always, you've never seen the typical slit pupils in bright light, it's not stress. My cat's pupils are always large, in all types of light and no matter what he's doing. In 7 years I've never seen them small. The vet had no real explanation but said as long as he could see OK (which he does), it was fine. It wouldn't hurt to check with your vet however.

I have a cat whose pupils are always large, also. But the OP is talking about only one being enlarged. This can be a sign of very serious health issues.

Yes our first posts went up at the same time. I'm still not sure which the OP meant, but one enlarged pupil definitely shows there's a problem of some kind.
Do you mean just one pupil or both? Both pupils being large all the time is not uncommon, as subject2change described. I would take your cat to the vet anyway, just to make sure it's not a health issue though.
It appears English may not be the OP's first language, so I read "having large pupil mean their stress level is high and not relax" to mean both pupils. Of course, if it really is just one pupil, then they would need to take kitty to the vet.
OP, if both pupils are large, you can read this thread about that very topic:
Sorry for the misunderstanding guys, I meant both pupils. Thanks for the replys, i'll look into the links and get a vet booked, just want to make sure it's nothing serious. TY
