Rengar is a 6-month-old kitty cat who has been with his dad for the majority of his life. These two were practically inseparable, so when Rengar wasn’t feeling so great that meant that his human wasn’t feeling so great either.

And being neutered made Rengar not feel so great.

Like most cats who get neutered, Regnar was forced to wear a cone, which some refer to as “the cone of shame” and is a piece of plastic wrapped around an animal’s neck to prevent that animal from licking or biting their incisions after surgery.
If he REALLY wanted Rengar to feel better, dad would have gotten neutered also.

No doubt this guy really loves his cat, and isn't afraid to show it... and there's certainly nothing wrong with that. But I suspect that Rengar is seriously reconsidering his choice of humans. If I did something like that, my girls would probably freak out, and I'd have to dig them out of their bunkers.

On a side note, I have to question if Rengar's cone was even necessary. Since 1989 I've been personally involved in somewhere around 18 or so spays and neuters, and not once was a cone provided or even suggested. Maybe we just got lucky, but there was never any post-surgery problem. Probably erring on the side of caution, I guess.
