My cat is picky, picky, picky eater. She just got diagnosed with both kidney disease and pancreatitis and I have no idea what to feed her with both conditions. She's mostly fond of poultry, chicken and turkey, and I read that it's not good to feed her the same kinds of meats, and so far she has turned her nose up at three diffrrent foods. Duck, venison, and rabbit, all canned wet food. They are the selected protien royal canin brand.

Does anyone have insight?

Wonder if you'd be interested in raw feeding. Lots of help and experience with these diseases at the Raw Feeding for IBD group.

Raw Feeding for IBD Cats - Feline IBD

There's a FB group for real time help.

And this site has a list of links for specific diseases

EPI and CKD are both on the list with resources
