I just have to say, cats are naturally entertaining. Their improv skills are supreme. On the other hand, dogs give me the impression that they are closely following a script, with canned jokes.
One of the local Feral cats. I believe this one usually stays in a barn about a mile from town. He makes his rounds about the same time every day. The video isn't too clear, but he is a pretty good size Meow. Has a lot of Maine Conn features I noticed the few times I managed to get within 50 feet of him.
He is pretty safe around here. don't know of anyone in town or nearby that would harm him and you can see he does not have to dodge much traffic.
It's in the 'Feline Terms of Residence' manual somewhere; "Any unattended food item will become the property of whatever cat finds it. No returns. Eating captured food item is optional".
that picture could easily have been taken in my house.
I suspect everyone who is owned by a Meowsky can say the same.
