Default Can you spot Spot?

This is Spot. Can you spot Spot?

Spot showed up on my farm this winter with 2 other toms. All were starving and very cold. They figured out where I feed the barn cats, so they stayed. Spot is very friendly (unlike the other 2 toms, who rarely show themselves), and never fights. The other cats all immediately LOVED him right away! Even my dog loves and adores Spot. Now they are best friends, and Spot stays as close as he can to me and the dog whenever we go outside. Here he is sitting on the ledge in front of my house where I display funny things.

I was able to catch Spot and get him neutered and shots in March. Unfortunately he had already impregnated the one female I haven't been able to catch and spay. His babies were born on Easter Sunday, 2017.

The tip of his left ear looks funny because it was damaged by frostbite, so the Vet trimmed the ear down when Spot was neutered.

I'm so glad that Spot found us; he's such a nice cat!

He even looks like a lovable guy. Bless you for taking him in and giving him a place live.
Spot reminds me of a sweet guy we had back in the 80's & early 90's. Bo was special indeed, as I'm sure Spot is. Thanks for sharing.

My cranky old man, Cyrus. He'll be 17 in December, and is now almost totally deaf and arthritic - but otherwise in pretty good shape for his age!

No matter how hard they try not to be lovable, they usually fail.

I had a sweet old man too. Lived to almost 18, and I miss him dearly.
Hope Cyrus is with you at least a few more years.

I hope so too! But I call him my "split-personality" cat, since he can be SUPER lovable one second, then turn around and attack you for no reason.

I've gotten used to that, though, and accept him for who he is. LOL
