I saw this in the paper this morning...surprised it made our Houston paper! That is one BIG cat! Sure hope they can get some weight off him and find him the forever home he deserves!

Gracie eats three cans of food a day & she is nowhere near that size. That poor thing must have a thyroid problem or something. She's huge !

apparently, the cat is actually a male and his owner lost her home due to foreclosure:

these stories about foreclosure pets are so sad, w/ no end in sight it seems
