Default Gift basket for a cat lover.

We have a friend who loves cats. He has five cats. One of them just had kidney transplant done in Orlando. We want to send him a good unique gift basket for him, his wife and their cats. Since we don't have any experience with any cat, any suggestion for the items to be included in the gift basket will be very helpful. Thank you in advance.

Rattle balls, furry mice, ping pong balls, you can find all kinds of goodies at a pet store. What a great idea you have, they will appreciate it very much.

There are companies that specialize in gift baskets. However, if you are making one up yourself, include toys, catnip, cat treats, a nice cat comb (cats loved to be combed). You might also include a DVD for cats (some cats do like to watch tv and it's cute).

Great idea -- what a good friend you are! Cats can't get enough of cat treats, and those little stuffed mice (because they're so easily lost!).

There's an awesome treat called "wildside salmon", it's actually freeze-dried salmon pieces, and I never met a cat who didn't love THAT!!!

Default gift basket

don't forget a Fur-minator, or Furbuster comb, every pet owner should have one!!! strips the loose undercoating off the cat and cuts down on shedding. It's between $25 and $ 35 but well worth the price. My 2 hairballs love being brushed and watch the fur fly off the deck...looks like it's snowed!!!.

That is such a cute idea. I never thought of a Cat lover basket! You could also put a little gift book about cats in it.
