Gosh, this is just horrible that people do these things.
I am so sorry that this happened to Little cat.
Since they found the responsible party, that is good, but it is only half of it, just know that Little cat is at peace and I hope that you can rest yourself as well.
Tougher laws certainly need to be in place for such acts of violence.
