Our dog Maddie got too close. Momma Cat chased her away.

Momma is starting to get used to my presence. She watches me really closely, though. But she doesn't run away as quickly as she used to.

Poor baby, he has an eye infection. If you can hold him, you can buy some Terracmycin ointment and put it in his eyes. You don't have to get it from the vet, you can order it online, and it ooesn't cost too much. Wipe his eyes off with a paper towel or kleenex in wet warm water to get the gunk off, then apply the ointment as many times as it says per day on the tube. I used to do cat rescue, and that's what we did for the stray kittens.

If you read through the whole thread you'll see what the OP has been doing and she has a vet appointment scheduled for June 2. Cheers!

We're going to have to reschedule our vet appointment. Mom has a meeting after work Tuesday.

Good luck! They are pretty kittens. Hopefully they will be able to be socialized with humans and adopted.

Just got back from the vet. Everything went well. They gave me a week's worth of Anti-biotics and eyedrops. Amazingly, the kittens didn't have any parasites. They also traveled pretty well in the tub. They slept some and they didn't have any accidents in the tub. I just got home, so I put them back in the shed and left them some food. I noticed momma returning, and it was getting dark, so I decided I had better get out of her way.

Still not sure what to do about momma. She's so wild. I doubt if she can ever be socialized. The kittens are very tame, though.

The vet didn't give them vaccinations today because they were so sick. We'll have to come back in a week or so for that.
