My aunt still has some six-month kittens to give away. I'm going to look into getting her a list of local shelters to see if any will take them. I'll also look into Open Door Animal Sanctuary.

She also has 4-week old kittens, 9 females, 8 of them are siamese. Beautiful cats. She will also need to give them away or take them to a shelter eventually.

Her town has a pound, but she doesn't want to take them there.

I'll post some pics of the kittens if I get the chance.

I know it's been months, but I just saw the pics of the kittens and they are so adorable. I am in tears because I was feeding a family of 6 for over a year. My neighbor trapped and neutered them in early 2008. After he lost his job, he stopped feeding them and I couldn't let them go hungry. It's a long story, but I became very attached to the cats, especially "Buddy" the Dad. It's not easy to tame a feral and the family had become too close to separate. Also, my neighbor got angry because they were hanging around my home and he missed them. So he began feeding them again and promised to continue when I moved in June, but I can't stop thinking about them and hope he's keeping his promise.

Thank you for being such a kind person.

The vet has no openings until next week.

So time to call some other vets I guess.

We have an appointment at another vet. The money isn't at this vet, but we can pay for it short term and use the money at my vet for our other pets. Looks like we'll get this done. The clinic said bring her in anytime today.

Everything is all set. Drop her off today, pick her up tomorrow. Just a different vet.

We'll get the kittens in at our regular vet soon. I don't need to catch them. I agree we need to do it soon, but no big rush on them.

I'm working on making a thank you video with the kittens.

I have numbers for some shelters around here and the Open Door place. I'll try to do some calling around today once mama cat is dropped off. I have class tonight as well.
