seriously this girl is going to die.
She is supposedly going back to jail for a month. She needs to get her will prepared cause she will never learn to appreciate life sober.

Wow...what a dope...if you can't do 30 you have got a real problem. But as long as she has any money left she be able to find a lawyer to bail her out. I'd let her serve a month in the pen.

It's not there there aren't a few hundred attractive women with large breasts in L.A. that would kill to do the roles she's been offered. Find the next teen queen.

You know nothing is more disappointing than when a celebrity is given a second chance to get their life on the right path and then screws up. Granted, I would probably be a drug addict too if I had her parents as role models. She needs to stay away from those freaks or she will overdose and become yet another celebrity that dies too young.

In the future, judges ruling on celebrity cases like this should order the celebrity straight to jail long enough to get them clean. That's what it took for Robert Downey Jr. to finally become clean. Robert always had plenty of acting (and singing) talent but his drug addiction got in the way of his career. Lohan, as a child actress, had plenty of acting talent and could possibly one day recover and become a good actress again. Too bad she didn't learn from the example of other past teen actors/singers. The good ones quit the industry to go to college and get an education (in case their acting/singing career fizzles out) and then either go back into the business or earn a living at some other line of work.

No offense taken. Most people wouldn't even get a second chance. They certainly would get more jail time than she did. I love how they always play the overpopulation card when it concerns celebrities being released early...why not teach the celebrities a real lesson and let an unknown person out?

I certainly wouldn't be making millions of dollars if I had any felonies. I would be lucky to get a job at McDonalds with a felony.
