Greg Giraldo has died. That really sucks. He was one of my favorites.

per the link in the OP : the comedian died Wednesday in a New Brunswick, N.J., hospital, just days after being hospitalized, reportedly for a prescription pill overdose.

Kind of ironic so many comedians die so young & tragically from O.D.'s.

This is really sad. He was a very funny guy and from what I hear, one of the REAL genuinely nice guys in show business.

This just really helps to reinforce my belief in taking care of one's health and fitness to the point where you dont need any stupid prescription drugs for anything. Rx drugs are soooooo bad for you.

That's two in one month. One of my favorites, Rob Schimmel, died tragically in a car accident earlier in the month. Not too long ago he survived his battle with cancer. RIP fellas, and thanks for the laughs.
