Did anyone see her so self absorbed on Goofy Palin's show? she didn't care that the kids were having a good time ~~ SHE wasn't, and that was all that mattered. BooHoo for her.
Why can't she get a job while the kids are in "private school?"
She has a job as a TLC tv diva. I don't like her but you really can't expect someone who is followed around by paparazzi to go back to nursing when she makes thousands per episode. Jon can't find work anywhere....he burned his bridges.
To people who defend her, I think if she had not repeatedly disrespected her husband on national television, perhaps they would still be working on their marriage.

My husband reckons Kate is a total shrew, but I always defend her even to him.
I never once saw her swear at Jon and there's only a handful of times that she's yelled at him (these times get replayed and replayed so it seems like more) and frankly, if Jon was my husband I'd be yelling and swearing at him until my lips fell off and my tongue fell out.
What a lazy, unmotivated, lying, cheating loser he is.

He's no prize.........but she's a nasty, abusive heifer who is a horrible mother. No wonder he ran off.
What's the point of declaring your concern for children and then insulting their parents in the same breath?
Truth is, the series is really about Jon and Kate's ability to cope with such an insurmountable task as raising 8 kids.
We all tuned in, including me, to see the daily trials and tribulations.
Kate is an interesting and energetic person, let's face it, she gets criticised all the time - but I don't think it's justified.
Put any one of her critics in her position and see how they like it, how they would cope and what decisions they would make.
Doesn't seem so easy.
I couldn't do half of what she does - I doubt if I could even continue on if I was subjected to all the hatred that is directed solely on her.
I hope that school had good reasons for expelling those kids. I really do, they have suffered enough.
They chose to have kids. I am sure it was not easy for my parents raising 3 young kids but they did well their is no excuse.
