She did drugs because she chose to do so.

I know a lot of people with too much money turn to drugs. Its not like celebs can just go bowling or walk around the mall when they are bored because they will
get mobbed by people so they do drugs to occupy their time.
Good point.

And if you have health insurance, drugs are practically free.

Not only are prescription drugs are the easiest & most addictive drugs to get, they are also the most acceptable drugs to use.

There are places celebs can go to do normal things. I see Beyonce and Jay Z walking around NYC in pap photos all the time.

Maybe drugs are cheaper with health insurance, but they aren't free. It depends on your health plan, but $40 per item for my sick kid sure does cut into the food budget. But I don't think recreational drugs are included in the plan. I thought Whitney had a problem with cocaine.

Some celebs are ok with having the paparazzi and the general public following them. Some dont like it, just like any normal person.

For instance, eminem raps about how fame is imprisonment for him and how he turned to sleeping pills and became addicted to them in the song, "Careful What you wish for"

I was watching Ice T(not the drink) on television. He took his wife on vacation and was trying to enjoy the beach but he couldnt see the sunset because
there were about 6 guys with cameras standing in front of him. It was pretty funny.

Sorry, I meant to preface my comment with: 'If you're Whitney Houston...'

That's the opposite of normal.

Because a) this is a celebrity forum, and b) Whitney is dead, so people can make up whatever they want!

Now stop that business of asking obvious questions, you!
