I couldn't help but notice that The Rock seems to have returned to professional wrestling permanently. Is this true?

I heard he will host Wrestlemania 27 but I'm not sure he will return to the wrestling ring.

Vince McMahon probably had to get on his knees and beg The Rock to return since the WWE sucks these days.

I agree. The attitude era was the best era of wrestling.

it needs to ditch PG13
Stone Cold could not even do or say half the thing he said like flip vince the bird and go around chugging beer and calling people SOB's
to me that was what made wrestiling good
guys beating the crap out of each other with 2x4's and flipping people off. Now they don't even show blood even if it's by accident
mick foley must be pised because his matches with the undertaker in the late 90's were the best

He says he's back for good, but I don't think so. At least he's back until Wrestlemania, which is much more than 1 appearance and that's awesome. I don't think he'll be back full time, part time here and there because he is still doing movies and will forever be doing movies.

He got the loudest reception in years on Monday, which was amazing. The new crop of talent NEEDS to take note of his 20 minutes speech, because that's how you get a crowd entertained.

The wrestling world in general is down due to the growth of MMA (Who would have thought that 7 years ago?) and the people who watched the ''Attitude'' Era have moved on to UFC. But I think there's still hope that Vince will bring back some sort of attitude back in the WWE.

He knows the interest is down, he knows he's not drawing like before but the money is still coming in. Before everything else, he's a public traded company who has thanks to the new PG-Era has brought in advertising, is viewed more as an Entertainment company and it's working just fine on the business side.

I can't watch it anymore, I lost all interest but hopefully something will bounce back and be interesting again. What they need to do is stop it with the ''great bodies, young wrestlers only'' and train them with gimmicks and make them MARKETABLE!

"Professional" only means that you get paid for what you do... it doesn't make real or fake.
