Lindsay Lohan Gets 120 Days In Jail For Violating Her Probation.
It's about time.....this will be her fourth time in jail.
As a celebrity she should be treated no different than other citizens and should have been jailed again a long time ago.....I also feel she needs help with drugs but she has the money to easily pay for rehabilitation services....unlike most ordinary people.

Yes, it is time....past time.
Our actions catch up with us sooner or later, no matter who you are (or rather who you celebrities THINK you are  )
She is still a person in need of treatment, hope it works this time.

I had read just yesterday the Victoria Gotti role was no longer hers.
Yes, she deserves the jail time--but for theft. I'm of the mind that if she wants to do drugs-so be it. It's her life so if she wants to go through it loaded on drugs--ok. As long as she does those drugs in her own home. |

Is she actually going to DO the 4 months?? Or will she be in for a week or so and then be released with the Sheriff's Dept citing "overcrowding"????
I honestly hope she does every day of the 4 months and learns something from it and gets the help she so desperately needs.
What a waste of talent. This girl had it ALL going for her and she's throwing it all away.

it's amazing that all this stems from an incident in 2007, 4 years ago. if she had gotten her ***** together back then, gone to her classes and followed the rules of her probation, she probably would be off of it by now and wouldn't constantly be facing jail time or rehab over it.
of course this will bite her in the ass. she just re-won a role in that Gotti film and she's likely to lose it again as they're probably not going to hold up filming while she does jail time, esp. if John Travolta is going to possibly be starring in it (they'll cater to him far more than to her and he's likely gonna want to get filming done ASAP). this girl is just screwed. forget Hollywood, she'll be lucky if she can star in a MTV reality show opposite Corey Feldman

The judge lowered the felony charge/for theft of the necklace to a misdemeanor--I don't really understand this. I think the trial is set for June.
Senseless and stupid.

I have a feeling you are right and she will be released for some wierd reason in a week or two.....but hopefully I'm wrong...
I really hope she gets the medical help she needs...her Father is of no good use to her at the moment. |
