What I loved was that he had such a beautifully genuine respect and love for women. Unlike today's rap artists, his lyrics called us stuff like cutie pie, buttercup, honey, hottie, dove, baby, lady,baby girl, baby doll, etc. He was also very aware of the "messages" that come across in music videos; women in his videos were fully clothed and he didn't do the standard looking "video vixen" types of women in his videos.
What a great man and a great contributor to hip hop history. It is sad that more artists today don't take a lesson from what he did.
