Maybe we should all wait for the cause of death before jumping at one. It did appear Ms. Houston had some deamons, but for the time being it is appropiate just to honor her great career and say RIP.
She left an indelible print on the entertainment industry, and for that we say thank you.
Unbelievable...she was the one sung the National Anthem the best!!! JMO
Hope her daughter will learn from Whitneys mistake and stay off that terible addicting stuff...
RIP and so sorry for her daughter Bobby Kristina...
Yes, she sang that song the way it was meant to be sung.
Just had to log on and say Whitney you started out young, pure and a bright light.
Shady people kill--they take your light, your love, your magic, your conscience. Get addicted to a shady person's "love" and end up destroyed by what they bring into your life.
That's the message these deaths tell kids in the arts. SHADY people will lead you to either death or the death of your reputation if not prison.
I loved you in the Bodyguard Film. Also singing the national anthem.
I can't go into a video thread, it's just too painful imagining myself as your kid. All performing arts kids who looked up to you were/are your kids.
We love you and I don't care what you died from.
You were loved Mama, you are loved.
Signed, Just some kid on the Net who signed in to say Goodbye
Very well stated Klysm...We remember and honour Whitney as the beautiful talented Lady she was...
...toxic relationships are just as lethal as toxic chemicals...and when combined...can lead to disastrous results...
She'll be replaced. They always are. Hell, folks haven't been seriously listening to her music in a decade anyway. Remarkable talent though...I must admit.
Whitney Houston was never an Atlanta resident! I like how Atlanta tries to take credit for everything. I guess now Alpharetta is Atlanta? I'm sure she hated Atlanta.

Whitney's gorgeous voice and music nursed many wounds for me. I loved her singing. The above song (link) is my favorite! Very sad tonight!!
