NO ONE sounds like they did 40 or 50 years ago. He's still rocking and got around on stage pretty good. Not too bad considering his age. People WANT to see him and they enjoyed it, esp. those who grew up with the Beatles.

It was. I haven't watched the Grammy's in years because I am older and don't know/appreciate many of today's artists. I heard that Paul was going to perform as well as the Beach Boys so I tuned in. Glad I did. I agree, Paul didn't sound "great" like he did in his concert tour in 2002 when he totally rocked the house (OMG that was 10 years ago!) His voice was a bit weaker and thinner. But come on, he is going to be 70 this year!
I think he sounded a bit tired he's been touring non stop for months -I saw him in Cincinnati in August and he sounded great.I waited all night to see him and i hope all it was is tiredness he 's been pushing it pretty hard for a 70 year old rocker.Rock on Paul!

maybe that was it but whats up with his face. he looked like a wax dolls head .......strange almost like he had a mask on or something
Me three! I loved the ending--they really went for it! It was a perfect ending!
And it was so good seeing Glen Campbell, loved some of those songs back in the day. At the end, it was funny when he said something like 'where do I go-or should I just shut up?!
Paul is old...and well he probably smokes too much weed-he needs to hang it up.
you can be old and sing. he just did not sound to good and someone said he was touring a lot and that could be it he is tired.
