Like the girl from Dirty Dancing, she had plastic surgery that changed her appearance to the point that no one recognized her anymore and thus went the acting jobs. Grow old gracefully and with dignity.

I sincerely doubt Diane Sawyer has never had anything "done." Same as Jane Fonda, Sudan Sarandon, Raquel Welch and other older beauties. What they haven't done is get the generic "Hollywood bombshell" look that is so common and so ugly. "Word" should make you look like a different person altogether.
Who knows if Diane Sawyer had anything done or not.
I do know this....lots and lots of soft lighting with Diane Sawyer...sort of embarrasing for someone who wants to be be taken seriously.
Meg Ryan was super cute. People liked her movies, which were "cute girl finds true love and lives happily ever after". Now, she has plastic surgery weirdness. Too bad, because she could have maintained the cuteness awhile longer with the help of lighting and makeup....sort of like Sandra Bullock.

She looked good before and after, but after, she did not look like the same person. She said she had the nose job for medical reasons, so who can blame her.
right, she looked like just about every other aspiring actress in Hollywood. Enough of the plastic surgery clones!
