Jaye Davidson-Played Ra in Stargate. Walked away from acting after "The crying game."
I thought you were going to say Lee Van Cleef! I bought my first set of nunchucks and some throwing stars because of him. Where did he go too?

That's true, but DLR went on to have a solo career, gave talk radio a try, even tried out being a Paramedic, before Eddie and Alex finally let him come back. He never walked away from the entertainment biz.

Oh, and Mike didn't walk away, Eddie fired him. He'd be playing if Eddie would let him. Even then Mike didn't walk away, he joined up with Sammy Hagar.

Michael Schoeffling ("Sixteen Candles") could never get roles that equaled that, so he bowed out and took up another occupation. Tina Turner has said "no more concerts."

Can you think of any others who walked away to lead a more tranquil life?
Stacy Lattisaw- great singer who chose to leave the spotlight. She lives in DC and is married and seems pretty happy per the Unsung series on TVOne.

Mike can stick with Sammy. Those two were made for each other. You don't need either to get the '78 debut sound BACK! It's BACK!

According to IMDB, Van Cleef's last film was released in 1989, which is also the same year he passed away.
