I haven't exactly followed every move that Miley makes, but I wouldn't call her a skank. She's cute and seems fun. I find her much more likeable than Taylor Swift, for example. I am curious to see what will happen with Miley's recent engagement to Liam Hemsworth though.

No, not yet. But I am well aware that being a parent does not make you an expert on parenting, so it's really an irrelevant question.
No it's not irrelevant......it's everything. YOU have nothing on the line....no skin in this game. Nothing to lose to the influences for this sick world.
I'm not claiming to be an expert either. But YOU have no children to worry about getting pregnant or strung out on drugs....

Then maybe you're just not a very good parent. Sex and glamour and drugs and alcohol aren't exactly modern inventions and they haven't caused the world to implode just yet. Seeing Miley Cyrus expose her thighs isn't going to send a child into a tailspin of drugs and teenage pregnancy, but inadequate parenting certainly can.
